We currently have limited availability for new patients across all locations. At this time, we are only accepting new patient appointment requests on a waitlist basis.
🔹 Not Accepting: We are not accepting new psychotherapy-only patients.
🔹 Accepting: We are only accepting requests for new patient appointments for those seeking medication management or medication management with brief psychotherapy (30-minute follow-up visits).
🔹 Scheduling Availability: We do not have availability for evening or weekend appointments. Limited late afternoon appointments may be available, but most scheduling will occur during typical business hours.
Prior to completing the form, we recommend reviewing the list of insurances we accept and do not accept (see lists below) to ensure that we can work with your insurance. Also, please note that if you do not hit submit after completing your form, we will not receive it, and we will not be able to add you to the waitlist or make contact with you.

EAP (Employee Assistance Program/Plan) - these require special credentialing which we do not have
