Typically in person appointments will be available on Tuesdays in Erie. Beginning in December 2024, in person appointments will also be available on Wednesdays.

This office is located within Thrive Therapy Space. When you arrive, take the elevator to the second floor. Come into the waiting room for Thrive Therapy Space and sign in on the tablet or you can use the sign in process in your patient portal. Signing in allows us to know that you have arrived. Have a seat and your provider will come get you from the waiting room. Restrooms are located in the hallway on the second floor and there are signs to direct you.
