  • Psychiatric Medication Management

  • Brief Psychotherapy with Medication Managment

  • Individual Psychotherapy (these sessions are typically reserved for patients who wish to do trauma specific therapy)

  • Wellness Focused Services: yoga, meditation, mindfulness, wellness coaching, and more

Please Note: Wellness focused services are typically included as part of your routine visits. If you are interested in these services outside of visits, please talk with your provider. Outside of your regular visits, these services would not be covered by insurance.

Conditions We Don’t Treat

  • Active eating disorders, except binge eating disorder. We can provide you a list of resources that would be better able to provide the care you need when you are dealing with an active eating disorder.

  • Active substance use disorders. Substance use disorders require specialized care that we are not equipped or experienced to provide. We can provide you a list of resources that would be better able to provide the care you need when you are dealing with an active substance use disorder.

  • Psychotic disorders, patients who are actively in danger of harming themselves or others, and any patient who we determine would be better served by a clinic that offers more comprehensive services.

Emergency Services

We DO NOT offer emergency or crisis services in this practice.

If you are a current patient, we are typically able to accommodate appointments for urgent issues within 3 business days and often the same business day or next business day.

If you or someone you care about are experiencing a psychiatric or medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If it is a psychiatric emergency, you can also call or text the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988 or contact the crisis service for your county.
